Excessively high temperatures will interfere with the operation of components and damage equipment. The key to fixing this is generate uniform heat dissipation maximize dissipation. This paper proposed a cold plate three S-type multistage Tesla valves (ST-MSTV). Thermal performance was first evaluated flow direction angle. effects channel valve spacing on were then investigated Ansys Fluent software. standard deviation temperature helpful in representing uniformity plate. transfer capability three-channel ST-MSTV proven be effective fact that reverse causes fluid mixing vortices. form scheme 2 better than other schemes, showing best most cooling when 30 mm.
